Located on the second floor of Kinsmen Twin Arenas, THE BRIDGE – South Edmonton is our 16,000 sq ft movement training facility featuring full physiotherapy, chiropractic, athletic therapy, and massage therapy services alongside state of the art movement analysis and high-level performance training.

From injury prevention & treatment to strength & conditioning, we provide injury rehab and training solutions for active individuals, athletes, and sports teams of all levels.

MANUAL THERAPY

Manual therapy is an effective tool to help manage pain and improve limited function to make long-lasting changes. We utilize techniques like dry needling, spinal manipulation and active release therapy to pair them with exercise intended to improve strength, resilience and confidence for long-term change.

A better understanding of your pain, injury or limitation and (most importantly) the process moving forward are essential building blocks in becoming an active participant in your own recovery.
