Located one block west of our Millennium Place location,THE BRIDGE – Sherwood Park is our 7,000 sq ft movement training facility featuring full physiotherapy, chiropractic, and sports therapy treatment services along side state of the art movement analysis and training.

From injury prevention to rehabilitation to training athletes safely to return to sport, our facility provides comprehensive injury treatment and performance training for athletes and active individuals of all ages and abilities.

ACTIVE APPROACH

Effective treatment for pain and injury is an active process. Our team focuses on movement education and building resilience through exercise to get you out of pain and safely build the capacity to live an active life.

MANUAL THERAPY

Manual therapy is an effective tool to help manage pain and improve limited function to make long-lasting changes. We utilize techniques like dry needling, spinal manipulation and active release therapy to pair them with exercise intended to improve strength, resilience and confidence for long-term change.

PATIENT EDUCATION

A better understanding of your pain, injury or limitation and (most importantly) the process moving forward are essential building blocks in becoming an active participant in your own recovery. We take the time to learn about your challenges and goals before we craft a treatment plan that is totally unique to you.
