At the Barbell Base, a personal touch means everything. That’s why we offer specialized and personalized classes, in conjunction with science-based fitness research and diligent fitness monitoring. We are founded on the belief that getting members of our community closer to their goals means that we improve that very same community. The real workout is carrying one another.
Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions are capped at six people. We focus on resistance training with an emphasis on mobility & quality movements and combining some cardio elements.
