Katelynn’s love for fitness started in 2011 when she became a personal trainer while attending the University of Calgary where she obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. In the following 2 years, she completed her group resistance and TRX suspension training certifications in 2013. Continuing to increase her knowledge & expertise in the health and fitness industry, Katelynn graduated in 2017 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant.
With boot camps and personal training routinely at capacity, Katelynn has established herself as a leading fitness trainer over the past 4 years and has been named one of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors by IMPACT Magazine and was selected as one of the top 5 personal trainer in Calgary in 2019. In May 2018, Katelynn competed in her first fitness competition with NPAA where she placed second overall in her bikini category and moved on to the open bikini category.
Exercise and physical fitness doesn’t have to be a chore. Katelynn believes exercise/physical fitness can be achieved through challenging yet enjoyable programs.
Her passion drives her approach to health and fitness to encompass both the physical and nutritional aspects to promote a fulfilling quality of life. With her infectious ambition, she hopes to share her knowledge through a unique holistic approach.
